People & Power Documentary Series [Al-Jazeera]

This bi-weekly Al-Jazeera show travels around the globe exploring different individuals and groups who wield unnatural amounts of power within their nation, or within their particular area of society. The series examines how those people are using or abusing their power, and which methods they employ to keep the rest of their people silent. No subject is out of bounds, and the producers generally spend most of the programs extracting analysis of the situation by those who are most affected; the people who have suffered abuse at the hands of those in power.
