Understanding Iraq's past has never been more important than it is today. In recent years it's suffered at the hands of western armies twice, it's had a vicious war with Iran, internal fighting between Kurds & other Iraqi's, and of course, an oppressive leader for many decades in Saddam. Now it's got an occupying army, and even worse still, the 'freedom fighters' they have attracted from every other non-western country in the world. This country could easily be described as 'the perfect breeding ground for terrorism'. But it hasn't always been that way. History tells us that the very 1st civilisations were born in Iraq, and this film gives us a interesting glimpse into it's past glory, and its many turmoils.
