In the first of two programs exploring Richard Dawkins' views on religion, he sets out to examine the process of non-thinking which we call 'faith'. He shows us how our religious faith is matched by the exact opposite view somewhere else in the world, but we all still say that our chosen faith is the only true correct one. He also spends some time looking into the fundamentalism of the Christian, Muslim and Jewish faiths, and further argues that we are being held back as a civilisation by this blind faith.
