Tesco: The Supermarket That's Eating Britain

How has Tesco become so powerful? How has it gone from giving people what they want, at the prices they are willing to pay, to become the UK's biggest corporate bully? In this film the excellent Channel 4 Dispatches team investigates the many negative hidden policies of the UK's biggest retailer. It shows us how Tesco has become predatory and aggressive towards local councils and councillors, and even towards MP's as Labour's Keith Vaz describes in the documentary. Has this food giant become a monster? If the evidence in this film, and Tesco's flimsy response to the issues raised, are anything to go by, then it certainly has.
