This video has been quietly hidden by US authorities, hence the very bad video quality. It was filmed about a year after the anthrax attacks when this subject was still receiving plenty of notice in the media, and reports were rife that the murder letters were possibly sent by a disgruntled US bio-scientist that had recently been dropped from the American germ-warfare program. There has been some developments since this film was made, but no decent documentaries are available to take up the story. Infact the whole subject looks like its currently buried by the media and government. The investigation is at a standstill and there has still been no-one charged with involvement to date, but the Anthrax has now been proven to be made at the USAMRIID laboratories, the US government germ warfare facility, who were also investigating the letters
