Up-close footage of a local Doctor visiting a US prison camp in Iraq, which gives us an insight into the atmosphere in these kinds of places. The US military prison guards are steadfast in their assumption that those being held are 'dangerous', whilst unable to offer any evidence when challenged. For the first six minutes of this video, the doctor asks detainees, in various sections of the camp, for details of any medical problems which they may be suffering from, and some of them reply with stories of abuse at the hands of the US military. The final three minutes are the most shocking; the Doctor's visit to a juvenile area of the camp. We meet one young boy, who says he is only 9 years old and has been there for five months, but there is a good reason, as the US military commander offers... "he is the most dangerous, we know about him". Case closed. |
