Michael Moore discusses Obama's concession-like speech, when his party - the Democrats - still remain in control of the Senate, not to mention The White House, and still with the US public opinion still slightly more kind towards the Democrats, over the Republicans. This point is spot on, and may only serve to hand the White House to the Republicans when Obama is up for re-election, which Moore frustratingly expresses. He urges voters to hand Obama and the Democrats an ultimatum. But this kind of tactic by Obama, to outsiders far removed from Washington, just looks like the usual tactic of the US regime (both parties combined with corporate interests running them), in positioning it's own people for an impending reshuffle. |
