More than 6,000 houses were destroyed in Srebrenica, but less than half have been rebuilt. After the bloody war, our governments and many international organisations promised to rebuild Srebrenica, but 15 years later, nobody knows how much money landed in the city, and what it has been spent on. This has lead to many people believing that NGO's are commercialising this tragedy for their own interests. NGO's all operate individually, and the deputy mayor of the city explains... "Even a magician couldn't find out exact data..." due to everybody doing their own thing.
